Our Statement of Faith:

“We gather as Christians from varied religious backgrounds to worship God. With the Bible as our guide, we seek to walk in the way of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

“Beginning with ourselves, we seek to grow in response to our discovery of God's purpose for our lives. We recognize the need for nurture in the many facets of our lives and so focus on our spiritual journey together.

“We are committed to live in this world as the presence of God. As sisters and brothers of Christ in covenant, we are committed to ‘Love God with our whole being and to love our neighbor as we love ourselves.’”

• We are a Christian church that holds high the central statement of faith that Jesus is Lord!
  
• We are a church with a Congregational heritage and in covenant with the United Church of Christ.
  
• We are a historic church (1705) with an intergenerational, family-focused ministry.
  
• We are a church that emphasizes the study of God’s Word and the doing of God’s Word in wider mission.
  
• We are a church that extensively uses the arts in its ministries of Christian education and spiritual development, worship, pastoral care, and outreach.
  
• We are a church with a positive and hopeful spirit.
