Allison began directing the Children’s Ministry with Hillary Peruzzi in July 2006. She has been a primary teacher at the Whitby Montessori School in Greenwich since 2000 and studied Christianity and the Bible since she was in elementary school. Experience has taught Allison that, as the most open-hearted and open-minded people, children can be the most receptive and reverent in learning about the Bible and Christianity.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in French and a minor in English, from the University of Connecticut. She received her Montessori Teacher Training certification from the Center for Montessori Teacher Education in New Jersey. Originally from upstate New York, she lives in Greenwich.
